A new gathering in Madrid united religious representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the news eu commission Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers presented reflections from faith, culture and public service on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.
During the event, participants addressed themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
